ലോകത്തിലെ തന്നെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ അഗ്രിക്കൾച്ചറൽ തീം പാർക്ക് ആണ് കോട്ടയം ജില്ലയിലെ മംഗോ മീഡോസ്. കടുത്തുരുത്തി അടുത്ത് ആയാംകുടി എന്ന ഗ്രാമത്തിൽ ആണ് ഇത് സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നത്. എനിക്ക് കുടുംബവും ഒത്തു ഒരു ഞായറാഴ്ച അവിടെ സന്ദർശിക്കുവാൻ അവസരം ലഭിച്ചു. ഞങ്ങൾ രാവിലെ ഒരു പതിനൊന്നു മണി ആയപ്പോഴാണ് അവിടെ എത്തിയത്. ഒരു പത്തുമണി സമയത്തു എങ്കിലും എത്തുന്നതാണ് നല്ലതെന്നു ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് പിന്നീട് മനസ്സിലായി. ആദ്യമേ തന്നെ പറയട്ടെ അവധി ദിവസങ്ങൾ നമ്മളെ ഇവിടെ മുഷിപ്പിക്കും.അവധി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ നല്ല തിരക്ക് ആണ് മംഗോ മീഡോസിൽ.ഞങ്ങളുടെ വണ്ടി അര കിലോമീറ്റർ ഇപ്പുറം പാർക്ക് ചെയ്തിട്ട് പോകണ്ട വന്നു.കൂടാതെ അവധി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ടിക്കറ്റ് ചാർജ് നാനൂറു രൂപ ആണ്. അല്ലാത്ത ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ മുന്നൂറ്റി അൻപതും.
മനോഹരമായ കവാടം കടന്നു ചെന്നപ്പോഴേ നല്ല തിരക്ക് ടിക്കറ്റ് കൗണ്ടറിന്റെ പുറത്തു കാണുവാൻ സാധിച്ചു. നിര നിരയായി ആളുകൾ ടിക്കറ്റ് എടുക്കുവാൻ നിൽക്കുകയാണ്. കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട് ടിക്കറ്റും വാങ്ങി അകത്തു കടന്നു.ഓരോ ചെറിയ കൂട്ടം ആയി ആണ് ആളുകളെ അകത്തേക്കു കൊണ്ട് പോകുന്നത്. പാർക്കിനെ പറ്റി പറഞ്ഞു തരാൻ ഒരു ഗൈഡും കൂടെ ഉണ്ടാകും. അതിനായി ഒരു സ്ത്രീ , നിർദേശങ്ങൾ നല്കുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഞങ്ങൾ ഗൈഡിന് ഒപ്പം അല്ലാതെ പോകുവാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു. ഈ എൻട്രൻസ് ഭാഗത്തിന്റെ ഒരു വശത്തു നീന്തൽ കുളവും മറ്റൊരു ഭാഗത്തു മുസ്ലിമുകൾക്കു നിസ്കരിക്കാൻ ഉള്ള പള്ളിയും ഉണ്ട്. അകത്തേക്ക് നടന്ന ഞങ്ങൾ കണ്ട കാഴ്ചകൾ കാണാൻ ചുവടെ ഉള്ള വീഡിയോ കണ്ടു നോക്കൂ.
